Data Deletion Instructions

Effective October 21, 2026

You can request deletion of information held by OFBJJ Workspace, operated by Omar French Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This includes information received through our Facebook Page Messenger integration.

How to request deletion

1. Email omarfrench81@gmail.com with the subject OFBJJ Workspace data deletion request.
2. Tell us your name, the contact email or phone number you gave the academy, and which records you want deleted. For Facebook messages, include the Facebook name used to contact our Page and the approximate message date so we can locate the inquiry.
3. If the request concerns a child, state that you are the participant's parent / guardian. Please do not send a password, payment card information, or identity document with the initial request.

What happens next

Omar or an authorized academy administrator will review the request. We may contact you to verify your connection to the records before making changes. We will review the relevant Workspace inquiry, stored Facebook identifiers and messages, and any linked contact history or notes within the scope of your request, then delete or de-identify eligible records. We will email you when the review is complete and explain any records that need to be retained for applicable legal obligations.

Deletion is handled by the academy after review; this page does not submit an automatic deletion request. If email is unavailable, call 918-200-9253 for help.

Facebook and other services

Deleting data from OFBJJ Workspace does not delete your Facebook account or messages retained separately by Meta. Manage those copies through Facebook / Messenger. Removing an app connection or deleting a message in Facebook does not itself send an email deletion request to the academy.
